Is a power bank included?

No, you'll need your own. Any power bank with the regular rectangular USB plug (USB-A) works, and it fits in the zip pocket on the side.

How warm do they get?

Pretty toasty on high. There are 3 settings, and the button glows green on low and red on high.

How long does the heat last?

As long as your power bank has charge. A bigger power bank lasts longer.

Do they work unplugged?

Yep. Unplugged, they're just really comfy plush slippers.

What size are they?

One size. They fit feet up to about 28 cm long, around a men's US 10. If your feet are bigger, they'll be too tight.

Can I walk around in them?

They're made for sitting and relaxing. Walking around with a cord plugged in isn't safe.

How do I clean them?

Unplug them, wipe them with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Don't soak them or put them in the washer, the heater is inside.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Anywhere in Canada and the United States, free and tracked. We get your order ready in 1 to 3 business days, then most orders show up 7 to 15 business days after they ship.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track Your Order page.

What if they don't work?

No worries! Email us within 30 days with a photo or a quick video. We'll send a new pair or refund you, no need to ship them back.

Can I return them if I change my mind?

Sure. Email us within 30 days of delivery. They need to be unused and in the original packaging, and return shipping is on you. See our Refund Policy.
