These are the rules for using the Hearthfoot website and buying from us. When you place an order, you're agreeing to them.

Who We Are

Hearthfoot is an online store based in Quebec, Canada, and we sell heated slipper boots. Our store runs on Shopify.

Orders And Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars, or in US dollars if you shop from the United States, and they already include shipping. Your order is confirmed once you get our confirmation email. If we ever list a price or product wrong by mistake, we can cancel that order and give you a full refund.

Paying

Payments are handled securely by Shopify and PayPal.

Shipping And Returns

Everything about delivery and refunds is in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Using The Boots Safely

Please read the safety notes on the product page. They're made for sitting around, not for walking or driving. Unplug them before you sleep, and check with your doctor first if you have diabetes, poor circulation or numb feet. They're not a medical device.

Reviews

The reviews on our product page are real reviews of the same boot, left by people who bought it on AliExpress. We imported them as written, and the review section says where they came from.

What We're Responsible For

We stand behind our boots the way our Refund Policy says. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses from using the website or the boots. Nothing here takes away your rights under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

We might update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that counts.
